About My Work
In 2015, I took my love for music to a new level when I set up my own magazine & online publication. This, combined with my First Class Multimedia Journalism degree, brought me to develop a skill set on all things content. Photography, news-reading, podcasts, graphic design, videography, press communications, feature writing, social media management, website management, analytics reporting and so much more. When I graduated, I started offering these services on a freelance basis, leading me to work with brands and clients including Kerrang! Magazine, Heavy Music Awards, Nuclear Blast Records, GO! Southampton, Bring Me The Horizon, Paramore, Enter Shikari, 2000 Trees Festival, ArcTanGent Festival, Distorted Sound Magazine, Dead Press, Lucid Magazine (US) and many more. I have worked as the Social Media Manager and Marketing and Communications Assistant for Southampton Culture Trust since May 2021. Joining the project upon launch of Southampton's bid to become UK City of Culture 2025, my work has seen huge regional and national exposure. My role was to ensure the whole city and wider region were engaged and informed about the bid, while creating vast collaboration of businesses, partners, residents and celebrities in a number of ambitious campaigns. I lead the creation and distribution of the 'Make It SO' campaign, from conceptualising the initial branding, to delivering city dressing, global news coverage and creating content that would ultimately play a large part in Southampton being shortlisted to the final four competing locations.

I have worked exclusively with Carsick since the beginning of their career. Their visual representation requires fun, personable communication and frequent engagement to increase ticket sales, merchandise purchases and streams in a genre that relies hevily on aesthetic consistency. The band's online presence has resulted in being booked for major festivals such as Truck festival, Boomtown Fair plus features on BBC Radio 1, BBC introducing, and ultimately signing with Alcopop Records in the space of just twelve months.
